original rgb sorbet

molly moon’s has been partnering with local ginger beer maker, rachel’s ginger beer for years to make a variety of super spicy and citrusy sorbets. rgb is a seattle-made ginger beer brewed with local and organic ingredients. molly and rachel can sometimes be found chatting about community activism and what it’s like running a business on play dates with their kids around the neighborhood. we love supporting rachel’s local business, and some locations are even within walking distance to our scoop shops! this spring season we will be scooping the original rachel’s ginger beer sorbet. it’s packed with lemony brightness and a punch of spicy ginger!
