Black Forest Cake

This incredible flavor is packed with chunks of freshly baked dark chocolate cake and big swirls of our homemade cherry jam made with the best local organic cherries from Alberg Cherry Farms and scented with a touch of kirsch liquor. Everything is folded in our chocolate ganache ice cream made with K'ul Chocolates' 65% dark chocolate, and blended into lots of rich local milk and cream. This flavor contains gluten and eggs.

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

Delicious morsels of homemade brown butter pound cake and ribbons of tart rhubarb jam made from ruby red stalks of local organic rhubarb from Sidhu Farms, located in Puyallup, WA. This ice cream is a the epitome of springtime in the Pacific Northwest! This flavor contains gluten and eggs.

Strawberry Shortcake

This month we are excited to bring back one of our most popular flavors of all time- strawberry shortcake! Mountains of organic sweet ruby red strawberries from our friends at Viva Farm are cooked into a luscious jam and swirled into our rich blend of local cream and milk. Fresh fluffy homemade scones are broken into the perfect little bites and make this the most delicious scoop of strawberry shortcake ice cream you've ever dreamed of! This flavor contains gluten and eggs.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Decadent bite-sized chunks of our homemade gluten-free vegan chocolate cake are folded into a rich vegan chocolate ice cream made with creamy organic coconut milk blended with dark cocoa powder and lots of 65% dark chocolate from K'ul, an Organic Fair & Direct Trade chocolate company based here in the Pacific Northwest. This flavor is vegan and gluten-free.
