August Seasonals

August 1, 2026

Right now, trucks are pulling into our shop kitchens loaded with the best Washington State fruits: Sidhu Farms blueberries, R/P Guerrero peaches, and Alberg Farm cherries — all picked at peak, all turned into ice cream within days. And because summer in the PNW isn't complete without a campfire, we rounded out the lineup with S'mores — toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, and a hint of smoke to balance out all that bright fruit.

This month's lineup is a love letter to Washington summer.

Blueberry Cobbler

Vanilla ice cream swirled with luscious blueberry jam and studded with chunks of homemade buttery scones.

Celebrating local Washington blueberries all summer long! After months of blueberry pie and blueberry cheesecake (we know), this month's take on blueberries is a cobbler. Peak-season juicy blueberries from Sidhu Farms are prepared simply to highlight their natural deliciousness — organic sugar, a dash of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, then simmered down into a thick, chunky jam. That jam swirls through vanilla blueberry ice cream in big ribbons, studded with buttery chunks of homemade scones. Contains gluten & eggs.

Peaches and Cream

Fresh central Washington state peaches are made into a thick chunky jam in our shop kitchens, and then swirled into our rich sweet cream ice cream.

Cases of juicy organic peaches are arriving in all Molly Moon’s scoop shop kitchens from R/P Guerrero Farm near Quincy, WA in the Columbia Basin! We cook the peaches into a thick, juicy jam with chunks of fresh fruit, then fold generous spoonfuls into our rich blend of local cream, milk, and sugar. A simple ice cream with big summer flavor!

S'mores

Everything you love about campfire s’mores!

S’mores ice cream is a summertime staple at our scoop shops, made with rich, nostalgic flavors inspired by a classic campfire treat. We make our own thick, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate ganache and buttery graham cracker crust, then fold them with toasted marshmallow into a rich dark caramel ice cream. The result is everything you love about a campfire s’more, all in one delicious scoop. Contains gluten & soy.

Cherry Limeade Sorbet

A sorbet bursting with big cherry flavor, balanced by a bright squeeze of fresh organic lime.

We are fortunate to partner with the most amazing local producers of organic cherries in the region! Alberg Farm produces flavorful and juicy Bing, Van, and Red Lambert cherries! As soon as they’re at peak ripeness Dave and his pal Mark harvest them and bring truckloads across the Cascades to our kitchens. These are the same cherries we use in our beloved Cherry Chunk ice creams! Owner, Dave Alberg, planted his cherry trees with his father back in 1970 on 20 acres of land near Royal City, Washington. Dave was only 14 years old at the time! Fifty-four years later and Dave’s cherry trees are producing thousands of pounds of cherries per season! To keep the cherries juicy and plump, Dave picks his cherries at night. The heat of the Eastern Washington sun makes them shrivel up during the day. To this day, Alberg Farm’s cherry trees are still thoughtfully cared for, ensuring they get the right amount of water to produce intensely flavorful cherries every year! Gluten-free & dairy-free.
