We happily sell our ice cream in 2.5 gallon tubs for use at parties and events. Orders are available for pick up at our Wallingford, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, U Village, Redmond and Columbia City locations. Tubs retail for $90 and serve about 26 6-oz scoops or 50 smaller, 3-oz scoops. A good rule of thumb is 1 tub per 40 people.

Our truck and our trike are no longer available for events. If you’re interested in having Molly Moon’s ice cream at your event, we recommend ordering pints or tubs, which can be picked up at our Wallingford, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, U Village, Redmond and Columbia City shops.

At this time you can place orders for delivery through the DoorDash and Caviar delivery services.

As much as we'd love to come to your party, we don't offer catering at this time.

We do sell spoons, eight-ounce cups and twelve-ounce cups. Pricing can be found on our ordering page. Don’t forget, all of our paper products and utensils are fully compostable!

Due to the time, love and research that goes into making every flavor, we aren’t able to do custom flavors. We offer 15 delicious flavors at all times, including 2 dairy-free flavors. You can find our 11 always flavors here and you can find our 4 seasonal flavors here.

To keep ice cream cold during an event, we recommend either taking advantage of on-site refrigeration, or storing the tubs in coolers with dry ice, and keeping cooler lids closed as much as possible. The seafood counter at your favorite grocery store or market is a great source of dry ice. Sorry, we don't sell dry ice or coolers in the shops. We do sell insulated bags that are great for toting pints though!

Everyone seems to have their own favorite Molly Moon’s flavor, but melted chocolate, cookie dough, salted caramel, and yeti are all good bets. If you’re serving mostly kids, we recommend strawberry, ‘scout’ mint and sweet cream.

Our 2.5 gallon tubs are 10” tall and 10” diameter at the top.

We always have at least two non-dairy flavors: sometimes a sorbet and usually a coconut milk ice cream. You can check out our current dairy free offerings by going to our always and seasonal flavor pages.

Most our flavors are gluten free! In fact, the only flavors on our always menu that contains wheat products is our cookie dough, cookies & cream and ‘Scout’ Mint, which is made with Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies. Occasionally we make seasonal flavors with wheaty stuff like cookie dough and blondie bar pieces.

We do not use tree nuts in any of our ice creams. Hazelnuts are the only nuts that we use in our kitchens and are only offered as a topping. Some ingredients purchased from our partners may be processed in a facility with nuts.

Our scoopers will happily take your credit card or molly moon's gift card payment when you pick up your order.

We sell Zeroll ice cream scoops for $16. They aren’t listed on our ice cream order form, but we do sell them in the shops and in our online shop.
