This one’s for all the chocolate lovers <3 If you’re the type who believes there’s no such thing as “too much chocolate,” and the richer, the better—then this ice cream is for you! Local milk, plenty of cream, and just a touch of sugar are blended with melted K’ul dark chocolate until smooth. We fold in bite-sized chunks of homemade chocolate truffles, made in each of our scoop shop kitchens by blending K’ul’s 46% dark chocolate with heavy cream and organic cocoa powder. The result is an ultra-chocolatey ice cream, with soft, melty bites of chocolate ganache folded throughout! This flavor is gluten free,

Mocha! Brownie! Swirl! Three words that are music to our ears! Chewy, bite-sized morsels of our homemade gluten-free brownies are mixed into cold brew coffee ice cream and swirled with generous ladles of our deep dark hot fudge. Every bite is the perfect combination of chewy, chocolatey, and silky, with a kick of coffee! For this flavor, we’re proud to feature ingredients from two of our favorite hometown businesses—Olympia Coffee and K’ul Chocolate. Not only do they have incredible products, but we love their values and how they support their employees, communities, and sustainable practices! This flavor contains eggs and is gluten-free.

This is a brand-new seasonal ice cream from molly moon’s! Our beloved raspberry ice cream, made with fresh raspberries local berries from Sidhu Farms, gets an extra berry boost with swirls of our homemade raspberry jam. We add white chocolate chips for a decadent, creamy bite! 

This ice cream is perfect on its own in a waffle cone, but it’s also incredible topped with our deep dark hot fudge!This flavor contains soy and is gluten free.

Creamy organic coconut milk is blended with our homemade strawberry jam, churned until smooth, and then drizzled with our vegan chocolate hardshell. The sweet, fruity, floral flavor of strawberries combined with the snappy texture of the chocolate hardshell tastes exactly like biting into the most perfect chocolate-covered strawberry! This ice cream features Viva Farms’ strawberries and K’ul Chocolate—two of our favorite local companies that put sustainability at the forefront! This flavor is vegan and gluten-free.
