It’s our anniversary month, and what better way to celebrate than with cake-inspired everything? Featuring a mix of nostalgic favorites and some new twists. From Birthday Cake Batter to Strawberry Shortcake, rich Triple Chocolate Cake, and a Vegan Blueberry Pie, there is something for everyone to enjoy, and help celebrate our 18th birthday!

Strawberry Shortcake

Our homemade buttery scones are baked fresh in our Bellevue flagship kitchen. In each neighborhood shop, the scones are then broken into bite-sized pieces and folded into our strawberry ice cream, swirled with thick ribbons of homemade strawberry jam. We use only organic, locally grown strawberries for this flavor from Sidhu Farms in Puyallup. Starting in late May and through fall, we buy thousands of pounds of strawberries, which our kitchens preserve so we can enjoy the best local berries all year long! Contains eggs & gluten.

Birthday Cake Batter

This year, we’re capturing the taste of birthday cake batter — just like tasting it right out of the mixing bowl. To achieve this, each kitchen is carefully adding rich melted butter and pure vanilla extract into ice cream, before adding a celebratory dose of colorful, chewy India Tree sprinkles. We LOVE celebrating our birthday all month long at Molly Moon’s! Contains gluten.

Triple Chocolate Cake

Inspired by double chocolate birthday cake, this indulgent chocolate ice cream features chocolate cake baked by our Bellevue flagship kitchen. Every kitchen adds bite sized cake pieces to our best-selling Melted Chocolate ice cream, and we finish each tub with a thick ribbon of cocoa powder infused cream cheese frosting. Contains gluten, eggs, & coconut.

Vegan Blueberry Pie

One of our best-selling vegan flavors of all time, and it’s easy to see why! Our rich vegan coconut ice cream is swirled with a thick homemade blueberry pie filling made from organic, local blueberries from Sidhu Farms, then studded with our gluten-free crisp crumble, spiced with organic cinnamon. Contains coconut & soy.
