S'mores Sundae

Nothing says PNW summer like a campfire — so we built a sundae around it. Two scoops of our smoky dark caramel S'mores ice cream (folded with chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker), topped with hot fudge, a swirl of freshly torched marshmallow fluff, a graham cracker square, and a Chukar cherry on top.

It's rich, it's toasty, it's a little nostalgic — everything you want from a campfire.
