One of the most special breakfast treats is an ooey gooey cinnamon roll! Our cinnamon roll ice cream tastes like the best part of the roll - the center! This intensely spiced, brown sugar ice cream has a rich homemade cream cheese frosting swirled through each scoop. Our organic cinnamon comes from our partners at Red Ape Cinnamon, a company dedicated to sourcing sustainably harvested and certified organic spices. The only thing this perfect cinnamon roll ice cream is missing? Flour! We left out flour so that our gluten free ice cream fans can enjoy this flavor too. (gluten-free)
We are in love with a certain nostalgic breakfast toaster pastry- and we’ve taken that inspiration and poured our sweet childhood memories into our frosted berry tart ice cream. Homemade fruit and berry tarts are lovingly rolled, filled, baked, frosted, and sprinkled before getting broken into delicate bite size morsels and folded into this delicious flavor! We use preserved blackberries, blueberries and peaches from last summer, bringing some of our favorite local farms together, including Viva Farms, Bow Hill Farm, Collins Family Orchard and Hayton Farms, for this fruity breakfast ice cream. Grab a scrumptious scoop at all shops including our little Madrona walk-up window! It will also be available at our favorite cookie shop, Hello Robin!
Our chocolate truffle ice cream is the most decadent and richest chocolate flavor we’ve ever made in the history of molly moon’s and it’s here for the month of February. This chocolate bomb is made with an 85% dark chocolate and a 45% milk chocolate from Theo Chocolate to get a balance of dark, bitter, and fruity chocolate ice cream, filled with luscious bites of homemade milk chocolate ganache. We love working with Theo Chocolate and this year we plan on purchasing over 22,000 pounds of organic Fair for Life chocolate to make our ice creams and toppings. This ice cream is just the beginning of a very sweet year ahead!

Every summer we preserve thousands of pounds of organic Viva Farms strawberries so that we can have a taste of summer in the midst of our NW winters. Our chefs are turning those perfect berries into a gorgeous vegan chocolate covered strawberry ice cream. Many pounds of these organic ruby-colored strawberries go into each tub and are spiked with ribbons of vegan chocolate hard shell for a slightly snappy texture. Since 2009 Viva Farms has educated over 900 small farmers (150+ Spanish speakers) in sustainable organic farming, contributing to and preserving sustainable farming, and a strong and just local food system. We are incredibly proud to partner with such an awesome non-profit farm incubator to get flavorful and thoughtfully grown local strawberries. This flavor is so tasty it will also be available at both Hello Robin locations and our Madrona walk-up window!
