Honeycomb Harvest Sundae

Please welcome our newest sundae Honeycomb Harvest! This sundae showcases all the bounty of summer time in the PNW in a cup - local honey, local blackberries, local lavender! We start with our creamy and floral honey lavender ice cream, topped with pickled organic blackberries (using berries from our friends at Hayton Farms ), a dollop of homemade whip, and spoonfuls of homemade honeycomb candy for a delicious sweet crunch, all topped with a cherry.
