This month in celebration of our 15th birthday and a decade and a half of scooping delicious ice creams in the PNW all of our seasonal flavors for May are cake themed!
May is also AAPI Heritage Month, and in honor of that we are donating 10% of proceeds from all of our seasonal flavors to Asian Counseling and Referral Service. Click here to learn more about ACRS or to donate directly to their good works.
Calamansi Cream Cake (g)(e)
We’re proud to partner with our friends at Hood Famous Bakeshop again and to bring back Calamansi Cream Cake, one of our most popular collaboration flavors. We use Hood Famous’ homemade calamansi curd, made from the calamansi citrus—a hybrid flavor of kumquat and mandarin. We fold in big swirls of the curd into our sweet cream ice cream along with bite-sized chunks of homemade vanilla pound cake. Every bite is luscious, fresh, and irresistible!
Pairing suggestion: Bump up the citrus with lemon curd!
You can find this flavor at all of our scoop shops (except our little Madrona walk-up window) as well as both Hello Robin locations.
New York Cheesecake (g)
All the flavor and satisfaction of a slice of NY Cheesecake! A smooth cheesecake ice cream made with lots of rich cream cheese and a splash of lemon juice for extra tang, dotted with chunks of buttery homemade graham cracker crust.
Pairing suggestion: This sweet and tangy flavor is fantastic in a brownie sundae!
You can find this flavor at all of our scoop shops as well as both Hello Robin locations.
German Chocolate Cake (g)(e)
Our German Chocolate Cake ice cream is lovingly made with our melted chocolate ice cream made with Theo 70% dark chocolate, flecked with toasted organic coconut, with a generous helping of homemade dark chocolate cake, and thick ribbons of caramel swirled throughout.
Pairing Suggestion: Offer in a waffle cone with hot fudge or extra vanilla bean caramel drizzled on top. Make it even more decadent with candied hazelnuts too!
You can find this flavor at all of our scoop shops except the little Madrona walk-up window.
