cornbread & honey
We swirl honey-butter-drizzled chunks of freshly baked cornbread — made from organic sweet yellow corn grown at Caruso Farm — into creamy honey ice cream made with sustainably sourced Washington honey from local beekeepers who care for their hives and the land. Caruso Farms in Snohomish Country grow their vegetables and berries without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and practice crop rotation, soil fertility and exclusion to limit pest damage. They also use dry-land farming methods to conserve water year-round, but especially in the dry season. contains gluten, corn, eggs.

What would November be without Apples?! In our shop kitchens, you can find us peeling, coring, and slicing crisp and tart organic apples from Washington Fruit Growers to cook into a sweet and spicy brown sugar pie filling — before adding a generous helping of this filling straight into our ice cream while it spins. We stir in even more pie filling, along with oat and spice filled streusel for our decadent fan favorite. contains gluten.

Back in 2009, Molly and her friend, Adam Zacks, founder of Sasquatch Music Festival, collaborated to create an ice cream flavor that was inspired by the PNW music festival. Our old ice cream truck, Leo, would make the trek out to The Gorge Amphitheatre filled with ice cream for artists and concertgoers to enjoy. Sasquatch has been a favorite seasonal flavor every year! We create this flavor with our rich melted chocolate ice cream swirled with homemade granola, organic chocolate chips, and ribbons of vanilla bean caramel. gluten-free! contains coconut.

vegan gingersnap
Snappy homemade gingersnap cookies meet a warm spiced brown sugar base made with the most incredible cinnamon we’ve ever found — from our friends at Red Ape Cinnamon. They grow their own trees in volcanic soil and sun-dry the bark for bold, warm flavor. Even sweeter? A scoop of this helps protect orangutans and their rainforest homes. gluten-free! contains coconut.
