November Seasonal Flavors

Our chefs and ice cream makers are busy baking trays upon trays of homemade delightfully dark chocolate cookies layered with a double dose of cream filling for our show stopping cookies & cream ice cream this month. Not only does this flavor have cookie chunks folded in, we also blend the cookies into the ice cream so that each bite is chock full of cookie goodness! Cookies & cream is a flavor you know and love, but you’ve never had it like this before! It will also be available at both Hello Robin locations as well as being the only seasonal at our lil' Madrona walk up window.

Italy is coming to Seattle by way of our take on stracciatella (strac·cia·tel·la /ˌsträCHēəˈtelə), an iconic gelato flavor. In our case, we take our sweet cream ice cream and drizzle our chocolate hardshell into the ice cream after it’s freshly churned. The result is a flavor with flakes and shards of organic and fair trade 70% Theo dark chocolate. One bite of this ice cream and you’ll be instantly transported to the cobblestone streets of Rome, longing for a leisurely afternoon of museum hopping and tossing coins into the Trevi Fountain! Also available at both Hello Robin locations.

Butterscotch - a nostalgic ice cream shop flavor from the days of yore, but we’re bringing it to molly moon’s this month in all its creamy, rich, delicious glory! Brown sugar and butter give this bourbon butterscotch ice cream its deep complexity - we then perk it up with a dash of bourbon from 2Bar, a distillery based in Seattle. This ice cream is so much more than your granny’s stash of Werther’s Originals, but it’ll bring back those sweet memories!

We are thrilled to bring an incredible vegan cinnamon ice cream into shops this month. We use Red Ape’s cinnamon that’s sustainably harvested, sun dried, and slowly ground into a powder that’s sweet, spicy, floral and earthy. The warmth of the cinnamon is perfect for this time of year when the weather gets cooler and the holiday season begins!
