Salt Licorice Pint Drop

Sunday, April 12th, is National Licorice Day!

We’ll be celebrating this holiday with a special limited edition pint drop of our Salt Licorice ice cream!

This salty sweet ice cream is made with star anise and Sambuca, an intense licorice flavored Italian liqueur. This is one of the original recipes Molly Moon made. Inspired by the double salt black licorice candies she loved when she worked at a soda fountain in Idaho during her freshman summer of college!

These pints will only be available at our Capitol Hill and Redmond scoop shops starting Sunday when we open, while supplies last.
