Strawberry Sorbet

This sorbet is all about the sweet, red and 100% organic strawberries we get from Viva Farms in the Skagit Valley. Viva is a farm incubator: they help new farmers get started by subleasing small plots of their 33 acres to small farms and help them with equipment, education, marketing, and start-up loans. Many of the farmers are first-generation immigrants from all over the world, and they even have a program to help U.S. veterans start farming.
