vegan 'scout' mint

Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies are now 100% vegan, so we're using them to make a vegan version of our popular ‘scout’ mint flavor! We start by making a dairy-free ice cream with organic coconut milk and organic Washington-grown peppermint extract. Then we mix in crushed Thin Mint cookies, which we buy directly from Girl Scouts to help support camperships and other learning experiences for local scouts.
