Ginger
The warm, herbaceous spice of ginger infused in our rich blend of local cream and milk. Perfect for these colder winter days! Not only do we use lots of freshly grated ginger for this seasonal flavor, once the ice cream is churned until it's silky smooth, we fold in bite-sized chewy pieces of candied ginger. These two types of ginger highlight both its warmth and freshness. This flavor is gluten-free.
Pairing Suggestion: Get a double scoop and pair it with our other seasonal flavor, Vegan Golden Milk, which also has a touch of ginger, and the addition of turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper!
Matcha Chip
Deep green matcha from Sugimoto Tea blended with local milk and cream, sweetened with organic sugar, is churned in our scoop shop kitchens until silky smooth. While the matcha ice cream is fresh out of our machine and soft, we drizzle in ladles of our homemade chocolate hardshell, giving each bite of this ice cream a little chocolate-y snap! This flavor is gluten.
Pairing Suggestion: Get it as our seasonal Matcha Chip sundae! Topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, a dusting of matcha powder, and a Chukar cherry on top.
Triple Citrus
Creamy and vibrant, our Triple Citrus ice cream celebrates winter citrus fruits using a blend of oranges, grapefruits, and blood oranges. Not only do we use fresh juice in the ice cream, but our kitchens are also busy making a fragrant blood orange marmalade that gets swirled into this bright and flavorful treat. This flavor is gluten-free.
Pairing Suggestion: We suggest going the distance with this citrus flavor and topping it with our winter seasonal topping- grapefruit curd!
Vegan Golden Milk
Rich organic coconut milk is infused with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper to create a cozy ice cream that’s just as soothing as it is indulgent! This flavor is vegan and gluten free.
Pairing Suggestion: This vegan ice cream is delicious on its own, but even better in a freshly made waffle cone.
