Bourbon Toffee Cornflakes are a new addition to our toppings menu that add a little extra crunch! Our kitchens make big glossy old fashioned batches of homemade toffee- rich with butter and cream. We coat crispy delicate cornflakes in the toffee and break it up into bite sized clusters.
Our homemade hot fudge makes every flavor richer and more crave-worthy! Made in house with local cream, local/organic butter and organic/fair trade cocoa powder.
The perfect topping for our all of our ice creams. Made with K’UL organic and direct trade 70% dark chocolate, organic coconut oil, sugar, and cream of tartar.
Such an ice cream shop classic! We make our vanilla bean caramel with local cream, local/organic butter and, of course, organic vanilla bean.

Cherries, which can be found in the Pike Place Market, makes these delicious
preserved sour cherries with Washington fruit grown in Yakima Valley.
Our ice cream makers candy these heirloom DuChilly hazelnuts in house. The nuts come from family-run Holmquist Hazelnut Orchard in Lynden, Washington.
Freshly griddled vanilla-kissed waffle cones are crushed into perfect bite sized pieces and add just the right amount of crunch to any scoop.
Chewy chocolate-y decadent brownie morsels are made fresh in our kitchens and are perfect on any of our ice creams.
