Brownie Caramel Swirl (e)

Our kitchens are baking decadent, dark chocolate, gluten-free brownies that we fold into a rich blonde caramel ice cream (lighter and less salty than our usual Salted Caramel ice cream), and then swirl in dreamy ribbons of homemade vanilla bean caramel.This flavor is gluten-free!

Pairing suggestion: Add candied hazelnuts for an extra crunchy bite and even more decadent experience!

This flavor is available at all molly moon’s scoop shops.

Brown Sugar Blondie (g)(e)

A rich molasses and brown sugar ice cream studded with bite sized morsels of homemade dense and chewy brown sugar blondies with white chocolate chunks.

Pairing suggestion: The chewy buttery blondie bits and rich brown sugar go great with hot fudge and candied hazelnuts! Or double the white chocolate blondie fun by adding again as a topping!

This flavor will be at all molly moon’s scoop shops except for the Madrona walk-up window.

Blackberry

We preserve Pacific NW Blackberries from Stahlbush Farms, picked at the heigh of last summer, by turning them into a thick dark purple jam. First we add the jam into a rich mixture of local milk and cream, then once that pink ice cream is churned to the perfect texture, we add a second helping of jam in big thick swirls throughout so each flavor is bursting with berry flavor! This flavor is gluten-free!

Pairing suggestion: Enjoy this flavor in a waffle cone drizzled with hard shell for that crispy and chocolatey ‘drumstick’ effect.

This flavor will be featured at both locations of our favorite cookie shops Hello Robin, and all of our scoop shop locations except the little Madrona walk-up window.
