Blackberry

Our Blackberry ice cream is made with organic PNW blackberries from two of our favorite farm partners, Viva Farms and Sidhu Farms. Our scoop shop kitchens cook these beautiful berries down into a thick jam that gets blended into a mixture of rich cream, milk, and sugar that's churned until smooth before we add extra ribbons of blackberry jam swirled throughout! This flavor is gluten-free.

Pairing Suggestion: Bring out the tartness of the berries with a helping of our homemade lemon curd.

Caramel Cone Crunch (g)

Freshly griddled vanilla scented waffle cones are broken into the perfect bite-sized morsels before being coated in our chocolate hardshell. We take those chocolate coated waffle bites and fold them into a rich ice cream flavored with the nuttiness of tahini and then fold in big generous ribbons of our homemade vanilla bean caramel. This flavor contains gluten and sesame.

Pairing Suggestion: Try with more hardshell, candied hazelnuts, whipped
cream, and a cherry to make it the perfect sundae!

Raspberry Chip

Raspberry chip is making its debut appearance on molly moon’s menus this month! Tart juicy raspberries and smooth rich chocolate are a classic pairing and we’re combining the two in the only way we know how- in ice cream! Organic local raspberries from Viva Farms and Sidhu Farms are turned into a deep ruby red jam that we swirl into heavy cream, milk, and sugar before churning it into a silky ice cream. Once the ice cream is soft and pillowy, we fold in lots of K’ul milk chocolate chips! This flavor is gluten-free.

Pairing Suggestion: Drizzle with our chocolate hardshell for even more chocolatey snap.

Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet (v)

Pink! Tangy! Refreshing! Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet has become a molly moon’s summertime staple. Organic lemon juice brings the pluckiness to the party, while the organic local strawberries from Viva Farms add fruity sweetness, making for a perfectly balanced scoop of sorbet—ideal for a hot summer day! This flavor is vegan and gluten-free.

Pairing Suggestion: Try with a scoop of sweet cream for a pink lemonade
creamsicle flavor.
