This complex ice cream has a delicate smoky bitter flavor balanced with the richness of organic coconut milk and sugar. We source our green tea from Sugimoto Tea, a farm that's been growing tea leaves in the foothills of Mt. Fuji for 3 generations with a local shop based here in Redmond, WA. This flavor is vegan and gluten-free!
