matcha strawberry
Organic matcha powder, from Sugimoto Tea in Redmond, is blended with a touch of lemon juice and a hint of sea salt in this mellow earthy ice cream before bright red swirls of strawberry jam, made from organic Viva Farm strawberries, are swirled throughout. This flavor is gluten-free!
Pairing suggestion: Try with hard shell or brownie bites to add another texture!
