limited edition pint drop: apples & honey

In celebration of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, we are excited to announce a limited edition pint drop: Apples & Honey! This special creation has been a dream of our CEO, Molly Moon Neitzel, for the past 10 years. And this new year, we're bringing it to life!

Apples and honey are traditional symbols for welcoming a sweet new year, and we’ve come up with an incredible ice cream just for this occasion.

We use organic Honeycrisp apples from Collins Family Orchards, roasting them in brown butter and organic sugar until they become caramelized and sticky. These delicious apples are folded into our rich sweet cream ice cream, lightly sweetened with floral raw honey from Washington State, and perfectly balanced with a sprinkle of sea salt.

A limited number of pints will be available starting on Tuesday, October 1st at all of our scoop shops AND both Hello Robin locations!
