Ultra creamy matcha ice cream made with matcha from Sugimoto Tea Company in Redmond and big ribbons of strawberry jam cooked in our kitchens with Viva Farms organic strawberries, topped with our homemade strawberry milk crumble, fresh whipped cream, and a Chukar cherry on top!
