Our ice cream is priced to pay for the incredible local ingredients we utilize (organic berries from Viva Farms, chocolate from Theo Chocolate, milk and cream from our local dairy Edaleen Dairy etc) but also, and very importantly, for our Mooncrew to be well compensated for their incredible work.

Our starting wage is $21/hr. We offer zero premium healthcare insurance for our workers and their dependents if they work 20hrs or more each week. And as of this year, we’re offering childcare subsidies of up to $1k/month per child because we understand that in order to take good care of our team, it includes ensuring that their children are well taken care of too.
