Bourbon Toffee Cornflakes (g)
Very few things are as satisfying as the texture of cold smooth ice cream punctuated by something crunchy or crispy. Bourbon Toffee Cornflakes are a new addition to our toppings menu that add a little extra crunch! Our kitchens make big glossy old fashioned batches of homemade toffee- rich with butter and cream. We coat crispy delicate cornflakes in the toffee and break it up into bite sized clusters. We normally suggest pairings for our toppings, but frankly, these will be good on anything you order!

Huckleberry Curd (e)
Wild PNW huckleberries are simmered until the juices reduce into a thick deep violet syrup before whisking in cold cubes of sweet cream butter, slowly incorporating each cube to make a rich, fruity huckleberry curd. We think these berries have such a special flavor, the curd stands out best on our sweet cream ice cream. But! Huckleberry curd on our classic strawberry or honey lavender would be exceptional.
