Next Monday, January 1st, we're introducing the newest ice cream to our menu of always flavors- Scout Mint Brownie!

Our kitchens make the most delicious chocolatey gluten-free brownies that are cut into bite-sized chunks before being folded into an ice cream kissed with the perfect amount of minty flavor.

Scout Mint Brownie is a more scrumptious and homemade version of our Scout Mint recipe, and will be replacing that ice cream.

So! If you want a last taste of Scout Mint, hop into any of our shops before we start to phase out Scout Mint on December 29th to snag your last scoop or pint.

As many of you know, we’ve proudly been purchasing all of our Thin Mint cookies from the Girl Scouts Troop at Mary’s Place in order to send them to summer camp. And while we’re changing the flavor to brownies instead of cookies, our commitment to the troop at Mary’s Place remains the same. Every year we will be donating the equivalent amount of money to make sure they still get to enjoy camp every summer.
