marshmallow pretzel crunch (g)(s)
This flavor highlights a beloved sweet and salty combo: our homemade pretzel crunch! Organic pretzels are mixed with butter, brown sugar, and malt powder, then baked into crunchy clusters. We coat them in our chocolate hard-shell to keep them crisp before folding them into a marshmallow ice cream base. Our chefs infuse cream and milk with BIG marshmallow flavor by browning butter for a touch of toastiness and adding organic vanilla extract. Mini marshmallows are stirred in with the pretzel crunch for a soft, chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the crunchy clusters. This flavor contains soy and gluten.
Pairing Suggestion: Great with our homemade deep dark hot fudge!
pumpkin clove
Pumpkin Clove ice cream season is here! We are beyond proud of this ice cream. That's because we don't simply use pumpkin pie spices, but real organic pumpkin from Stahlbush Farms in Corvallis, OR. The pumpkin, cooked down with clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg until it's thick and jammy, has a depth of flavor that spice alone can't provide. Delicious on its own or as our seasonal Great Pumpkin sundae, featuring a ladle of deep dark hot fudge, bourbon toffee cornflakes, freshly whipped cream, and a Chukar cherry! This flavor is gluten-free.
Pairing Suggestion: Try in the Great Pumpkin Sundae topped with hot fudge, bourbon toffee cornflakes, whipped cream and a cherry!
sasquatch
Back in 2009, Molly and her friend, Adam Zacks, founder of Sasquatch Music Festival, collaborated to create an ice cream flavor that was inspired by the Pacific NW music festival. And since then, Sasquatch has been Seattle’s favorite seasonal Molly Moon’s flavor for over 15 years! We make this flavor with our rich melted chocolate ice cream swirled with homemade sasquatch granola, K’ul chocolate chips, and ribbons of vanilla bean caramel. The homemade sasquatch granola is what makes this flavor so special with lots of yummy pepitas baked in! This flavor is gluten free.
Pairing Suggestion: Power-up the delicious inclusions of this flavor with more
vanilla bean caramel, or add candied hazelnuts for extra crunch on top of the granola.
vegan apple cider donut (g)(s)
Brisk sunny days in October ring in the arrival of Washington Apple Season! We churn rich organic coconut milk spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg until creamy. Using Honeycrisp apples from Collins Family Orchards and Honeycrisp apple cider from Sauk Farms, we create a delicious vegan apple cake, flavored with more cinnamon and nutmeg, sweetened with brown sugar, and finished with a hint of sea salt. This flavor is vegan and contains gluten and soy.
Pairing Suggestion: Keep it vegan by topping with our vegan chocolate hardshell.
