Stahlbush Island Farms was started in 1985 by Bill and Karla Chambers with a passion for sustainable agriculture and welfare for the planet focusing on soil health, water conservation, as well as wildlife habitat and biodiversity.

We've been using produce from Stahlbush since our company was founded in 2008 and we proudly use their pumpkin every year in our Pumpkin Clove ice cream!

It's Stahlbush's pumpkins that makes our ice cream so special. We don't rely on pumpkin pie spices alone to flavor our ice cream. The vegetal sweetness and complexity of their lovingly grown pumpkin is what sets our ice cream apart from other pumpkin spice flavored treats.
