This Friday, April 12th is National Licorice Day!
Every year we celebrate this holiday by doing a special limited edition pint drop of our Salt Licorice ice cream! This year is no different!
The salty sweet ice cream is made with star anise and Sambuca, an intense licorice flavored Italian liqueur. This is one of our original ice cream recipes made by our CEO and Founder, Molly Moon, and was inspired by the double salt black licorice candies she loved at the soda fountain she worked at in Idaho during her freshman summer of college!
This pint will only be available at our Capitol Hill and Redmond scoop shops starting Friday when we open, while supplies last*.
